Exhibition procedure
All applicants are welcome to contact the Exhibition Organizing Committee to ask for the Exhibition Application Form and the Exhibition Instruction. These forms can also be downloaded direct from our website www.capafair.org.
Please fill in the Exhibition Application Form, seal or sign it and fax back to the Organizing Committee. The applicants are also required to submit the copy of certificate of incorporation.
The Organizing Committee will send the Exhibition Application Form back to you within 5 working days with official confirmation and provide you the Letter of Payment.
Please pay the deposit of 2000 Yuan (or entire fee) within 15 working days after receiving the Letter of Payment to the referred bank account. The rest has to be paid off before 31st May. 2008, otherwise the pre-reserved exhibition position will be canceled.
When the subscription is received, the Organizing Committee will send out the Notice of Attending Exhibition Confirmation immediately before the end of Jun. 2008. Enterprise who did not paid off the entire fee will get the Letter of Request Payment. Enterprises have to pay the rest fee within 5 working days after receiving the Letter of Request Payment; otherwise the pre-reserved exhibition position will be canceled.
When the entire fee is paid off, Letter of Admission will be sent out immediately by the Organizing Committee after Jul. 2008. Only Enterprises holding the letter of Admission will be allowed to enter the exhibition area and adorn their exhibition place.
The exhibition will adopt the principle that the earlier the enterprises enter for, the more privileged of choosing exhibition position the enterprises will have.
