Exhibition Regulation
1、Exhibition place：
Ningbo International Auto Mall
No. 289 Jiangnan Street, Ningbo, China
2、Exhibition Data：
10th to 12th October, 2008
3、Registration and Conformation
All applicants have to fill in the Exhibition Application Form, seal or sign it and fax it back to the Organizing Committee
After receiving the Exhibition Application Form, written conformation will be sent by the Organizing Committee in June 2008 to inform the exhibitors
4、Payment Regulation
Please pay the deposit of 2000 Yuan (or entire fee) within 7 working days after receiving the Letter of Payment to the referred bank account.
Please pay the rest off before 31st May 2008.
Any other bank cost has to be undertaken by Applicant itself
Please pay the fee to following bank account:

5、Application Withdrawal
Exhibitors who want to withdraw their application have to submit written application to the organizing committee to cancel their pre-reserved exhibition position
Exhibition fees will not be returned if exhibitors cancel their exhibition plan unilaterally without the approval of the Organizing Committee.
With the approval of the Organizing Committee, exhibition fees (exclude the deposit) will be returned if the written application has been submitted till 30 days before the exhibition
Exhibition fees will not be returned if the written application has been submitted within 90 days before the exhibition

7、Booth allocation
The Organizing Committee has the right to arrange the booths and collocate the exhibition area according to region and other standards; the exhibitor should comply with the committee arrangement. The booths allocation can not be changed if it has been informed to the exhibitors
8、Exhibitor Catalogue
The Organizing Committee owns the only right to publish the Exhibitor Catalogue
The Exhibitor Catalogue is a kind of service provided by the Organizing Committee to the Exhibitors. The Organizing Committee is irresponsible to any mistakes, omits and format changes in the Catalogue, if the Exhibitors did not fill in the Application Form seriously
9、Intellectual Property Rights
Exhibitors have to guarantee that the exhibits, the pack of the exhibits and the promotion materials will not violate intellectual property rights.
The Organizing Committee has the right to reject the exhibitors who violate intellectual property rights to attend the further exhibition
